The current condition of the building. Having decided that they wished the building to be removed the new owners, contracted with a developer to remove and possibly re-use the building. Based on his personal judgment,
the developer began an unpermitted and ill-advised effort to dismantle the building. At present the doors have been removed to an- other location and the window frames are piled behind the building. (Katie Taylor-ERVHS)
